Kindness is king

After 28yrs of my adult life, (I'm now a sprightly 45), my life lesson so far is; "Kindness is King!" Simple is best. In 1999 a wise old friend, Anton 'Obie' said to me, "James, kill 'em with kindness." I was struggling with some of my leaders at the time.  His challenge to me was, 'how kind can I be?' In essence, go in the opposite spirit to what you feel. I'm still trying to get it right and fail so fantastically it's ludicrous. Every failure, however; is another tough lesson learnt.
